Some of the above benefit programs require contributions from employees, but more come as a result of Youth Haven’s sincere concern for the well being of its employees. Part time employees are eligible for paid holidays, milatary leave, auto mileage reimbursement, and the ability to participate in our 403B retirement plan. With the exception of military leave, none of these benefits are required by law.
