Ron
McSwiney, Executive Director
Ron joined Youth Haven in May, 2002 as Director of Development and was
named Executive Director in March, 2006. Prior to joining Youth Haven,
Ron was Vice President of Financial Development of the YMCA of Naples.
Ron practiced law for over 25 years in Dayton and Columbus, Ohio. From
1993 to 2000 he was Managing Director of Carillon Capital, a business
development and investment firm.
His community affiliations have been extensive. He is a graduate of Greater
Naples Leadership (Class VII). He served as President, Association of
Fund Raising Professionals (Naples Chapter); Chairman of the Board, ArtsDayton;
Chairman of the Board, Wright State University Foundation; Director, Dayton
Area Chamber of Commerce; and a Trustee of the Arts Center Foundation.
Ron received a J. D. degree from the University Of Cincinnati College
Of Law and an A.B. degree from Kenyon College.
Jamie
Gregor, Director of Development & Marketing
Jamie joined Youth Haven in August, 1997 after moving to Naples from Michigan.
During her 11 year tenure, her professional development has included aspects
of human resources, special event planning, marketing, public relations,
and other various development & fundraising activities. Jamie is currently
serving as Youth Haven’s Director of Development & Marketing
and is responsible for building relationships and cultivating awareness
and gifts in support of Youth Haven’s mission, programs, activities,
and new initiatives in addition to planning, developing, and leading the
agency’s comprehensive marketing, public relations and fundraising
programs. Jamie received her BS degree from Grand Valley State University
and is currently pursuing her MBA from Hodges University.
Michael
D’Amico, Director of Operations
Michael D’Amico has management responsibility for the development
and implementation of new programs as well as daily management of existing
residential and family enrichment programs, and operating systems to ensure
the continued provision of high quality services to children and families.
Prior to joining Youth Haven, D’Amico served as the District Director
for Catholic Charities of Collier County since 2006 and was the Director
of Children’s Services for the David Lawrence Mental Health Center
from 1996-2006. He has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland,
a M.S. in Counseling and Rehabilitation from West Virginia University,
and an Ed.D. in Counseling also from West Virginia University.
